The Boot Campaign is a grassroots initiative started by 5 women from Texas known as the Boot Girls.

Proceeds from boot sales are donated to partner charities, who assist returning veterans dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and varying degrees of physical injuries. |

Now our homemade English curds are available all by themselves!
Try our delicious lemon and key lime Curds straight out of the jar. Like everything we make at Janie's Cakes these curds are handmade at our facility in Tyler, Texas. We do it ourselves to ensure absolute quality and perfection.
What is an English curd? An English curd is an age-old concoction made of sugar, egg yolks, and fruit juice that is slow-cooked, stirred and cooled to a custard-like consistency. It is then spread on toast, scones, toasted bagels, crumpets, or on anything that is typically eaten with jellies, jams or honey. Curds are also commonly used as a pastry filling and as a garnish for fresh fruit. We've even heard of people eating it with ice cream and oatmeal!
Each yellow and white striped gift box is shipped with two 9 oz jars of curd, one lemon and one key lime (Sorry, no substitutions).
