cake with a generous dollop (about a cup) of our homemade
Italian cream sauce in the center hole of the cake topped
off with bits of fresh roasted Texas pecans. Janie’s
Italian cream is sweet and buttery with a hint of pecan (no
coconut) for a nutty twist. The Italian Jane is perfect
for those with a serious sweet tooth!

pecans. Serve at room temperature (Italian cream has the consistency

The Cinnamon Jane is our newest pound cake creation. First, we take our Plain Jane pound cake batter, add a swirl of fine Saigon cinnamon, and bake it to perfection. Then, we fill the center hole of the cake with homemade cinnamon butter cream and top it off with toasted, oats and almonds. The Cinnamon Jane is a cinnamon lover’s dream!
Serving suggestions: Serve at room temperature. Great for breakfast or as a dessert. Serve with coffee, tea or hot cocoa.
